Poster Presentation Guidelines

Dear Poster Presenters,
We are excited to welcome you as a poster presenter for the upcoming CA+inD & ADEAP International Symposium 2024, which will take place at Tohoku University Graduate School of Dentistry on October 19-20, 2024. Below is essential information to assist you in preparing for the event and ensuring a smooth experience during the symposium.
Venue:
Tohoku University Graduate School of Dentistry
2-1 Seiryo-machi, Aoba-ku, Sendai, Miyagi 980-8575, Japan

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

● Poster Size: Maximum dimensions are A0 size (841mm x 1189mm) in portrait orientation. Please ensure the content is clear and legible from a distance of 1 to 2 meters.

● Poster Setup: Poster boards will be available starting from 8:00 AM on both days. We request all posters be mounted by 9:00 AM on the first day, October 19, 2024.

● Presentation Time: Poster presenters are required to be available at their posters during the designated poster session on October 19, from 14:30 PM to 16:30 PM.

● Dismantling: Please remove your posters by the end of the symposium on October 20, 2024, by 5:00 PM.

Additional Notes:
   - Ensure your poster includes your name, institution, and contact information.
   - Feel free to bring any supplementary materials (e.g., handouts, brochures) to share with attendees.

Poster Guidelines

  1. Title and Author Information:

    • ● Results and Discussion: Summarize key findings and discuss their implications.
    • ● Conclusion: Highlight the main takeaways.
    • ● Acknowledgements: Mention funding sources or contributors.
    • ● References: List any sources cited.
  4. Formatting and Design:
    • ● Ensure all content is clear and easy to read.
    • ● Use a legible font size for headings and body text.
    • ● Ensure images, charts, and graphs are high resolution for clarity.
    • ● While following the template layout is encouraged for consistency, feel free to adjust as needed.
