1st CMU-TOHOKU Special Dental Meeting---Development of Innovative Dentistry was held online
On October 9th, 2020, the Development of Innovative Dentistry online meeting organized by Tohoku University Graduate School of Dentistry and Chiang Mai University Faculty of Dentistry was successfully held. More than 70 participants attended this meeting.
　During this meeting, Assistant Professor Chayarop Supanchart and Associate Professor Marasri Chaiworawitkul from Chiang Mai University Faculty of Dentistry; Professor Keiichi Sasaki and Professor Hiroshi Egusa from Tohoku University Graduate School of Dentistry sharing and communicating with the topic of “Go and grow together, the third generation of DENT CMU research”, “Influencing factors on arch development in patients with repaired UCLP”, “Planning and Action for Advancement of Dentistry”, and “Emerging Approaches for Regenerative Prosthodontics”, respectively. Experts and professors carried out excellent presentations and explanations around the latest developments in the field of dentistry, also had in-depth communications and discussions with the participants. It considered to be a successful meeting aims to promote academic exchanges between Japan and Thailand, which would build an international exchange platform, and that it will also largely contribute to the acquisition of excellent international students and the globalization of the Graduate School of Dentistry, Tohoku University.
